Redesigned the visa application process for new migrants as part of the Home Affairs Digital Transformation project. Talk about complexity. Over 16 months we delivered 3 complex websites from design to development, right through to content. A great project to be involved in that also left the department with a long-term digital ecosystem strategy.

We delivered end-to-end services across user research, content audit, strategy and writing, service design and development , to create a modern, engaging, user-centred website that streamlines access to ACMA services.

Where do you start when you need to develop a digital modernisation strategy? Sounds complex...well, just like Questacon did, you call us. In just 5 weeks, through our user research, we audited the main IT systems and digital services, identifying opportunities for modernisation and capability enhancements, recommending a three-year roadmap for change.

AEC

In 3 months, and across the last federal election, our researchers and business analysts conducted workshops, interviews, audits, surveys and other research activities to identify the target users of both the intranet and website, understanding their current pain points and expectations. Our work underpins a major digital transformation program starting later in the year.

Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications

Redesigning the Endeavour 250 website commemorating the 250th anniversary of Captain Cook landing in Australia was riddled with complexity. Our designers rose to the challenge, facilitating discovery and design workshops to unearth the challenges, identify key users and aspirations for the site. We balanced the needs of a wide range of users by designing and developing a website that is contemporary, respectful and educational.
