Audit of Questacon’s digital ecosystem

In just 5 weeks, we audited the main IT systems in the National Science and Technology Centre, starting with the ticketing system, point of sale, website, membership management, all the way to digital signage through the centre. We then identified opportunities for modernisation and capability enhancements, recommending a three-year roadmap for change.

Discovery research for the AEC

In 3 months, and across the last federal election, our researchers and business analysts conducted workshops, interviews, audits, surveys and other research activities to identify the target users of both the intranet and website, understanding their current pain points and expectations. Our work underpins a major digital transformation program starting later in the year.

Pro-bono redesign for Artsound

We love to give back to our community. For that reason, we decided to help a fellow born and bred Canberran radio station by designing and implementing a new brand, visual identity and website more in tune with today’s trends and standards.

Digital transformation for the ACMA

For close to 10 months, we helped the ACMA stakeholders to embrace a human-centered approach to service delivery. The tangible outcome is reflected in the beta version of the organisations' new website, offering very technical information in a much simpler way, allowing more users to self-serve and increase overall compliance.

Rebrand of the Fair Work Ombudsman

After a brief discovery phase to identify its target user groups and business requirements, we were tasked to refresh and redesign the Fair Work Ombudsman's website. We also evolved the organisation's brand identity, and applied its new style to most of the website's templates, modernising its user-experience.

Digital transformation for the Department of Home Affairs

Over 16 months, we helped redesigning the services on Australia's second largest government website at the time (border.gov.au), used by millions of people every year. Our work resulted in 3 new websites (portfolio, immigration and ABF), a navigation improvement of +300% and more than 6,000 pages archived.
